What this site collects

The request worksheet on this site is currently a browser-side tool. It prepares a request summary for you and does not submit form data to a server or database by itself.

When information is received

Information is received only if you choose to send it by email, Upwork message, or another communication channel. That information may include your name, company, email address, supplier links, product links, task details, and deadlines.

How information is used

Information you send is used to understand your requested scope, prepare a quote, communicate with you, and deliver the agreed work. Supplier or product details are not sold.

Sharing and local coordination

Information will not be shared with local service providers or third parties without the client's prior approval, except where necessary to perform the agreed task.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, payment card details, private account credentials, unreleased formulas, or highly sensitive trade secrets through this site. Send only the information needed to evaluate the task.

Deletion requests

You can request deletion of information you sent by replying through the same channel used for the inquiry. Upwork messages and contracts are also subject to Upwork's own retention and platform rules.
